Each pair of gSole shoes is crafted specifically for you using print-on-demand technology. This means your unique design comes to life the moment you place your order! Because they’re custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

We stand behind the quality of every pair. If something’s not right, we’re here to help! Please submit a claim within 14 days of receiving your order.
We Accept Returns For:
✓ Lost packages – If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window, we’ll make it right.
✓ Misprinted, damaged, or defective items – We’ll replace or refund any manufacturing errors.
