Accessibility Statement

At GSole, we are committed to ensuring our print-on-demand store is accessible to all, including those with disabilities. As a Singapore-based sole proprietor, we strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, making our Wix website inclusive and navigable for everyone.

Our Efforts:
We utilize Wix’s accessible platform to enhance usability. Our site supports keyboard navigation, includes alt text for product images (e.g., T-shirts, mugs), and features clear, high-contrast fonts. We aim for screen reader compatibility and a seamless checkout process via Wix Stores. Product data from Printy6, our fulfillment partner, is optimized for accessibility to ensure a consistent experience.

Continuous Improvements:
As a small business, we are dedicated to ongoing accessibility enhancements. We regularly assess our site to identify and fix barriers, such as improving color contrast, refining navigation, and updating content. We value user feedback and act swiftly to address accessibility issues.

While we aim for full WCAG compliance, some elements, such as third-party apps or older content, may not yet meet all standards. We are actively addressing these and appreciate your patience as we work to improve.

Contact Us:
If you encounter accessibility challenges or have suggestions, please email us at info@gsole.shop. We respond within 3 business days and prioritize resolving concerns.

Compatibility:
For optimal access, use updated browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with assistive tools like screen readers (e.g., NVDA, VoiceOver).

Our Commitment:
Inclusivity is at the heart of GSole. We are dedicated to creating a welcoming online store for all users. Thank you for supporting our small business as we grow and enhance accessibility.
