Refund Policy
gSole uses a print on demand manufacturer to produce your bespoke, custom-made shoe. They are produced specifically for you once you place an order. As such we are unable to assist if you change your mind once an order is placed.
We offer a generous return and refund policy, for any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Claims must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
Unacceptable returns, exchanges and refund requests

Non-obvious color difference – Our POD manufacturer uses different processes to print your designs, based on the raw material of the products you selected. The final products may have slight color differences than the mockup and are not eligible for refunds.

Wrong shipping address – we regret we are unable to provide refund/exchanges/re-ship for the order if the shipping address is incorrect. 
- 
The size doesn’t fit – please check the size chart carefully before making an order as we are unable to accommodate returns if the size you ordered does not fit. 
Acceptable Returns, Exchanges and refund requests

Packages lost in transit – request for refunds will be accepted and must be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Misprinted/damaged/defective items –claims must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.

Wrong size items – the size tag on the product/package does not match the order. 
General
Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our manufacturer's facility. Should you wish for your item to be reshipped, it will to be an additional expense borne by the customer.
